Symphony No.3 Aged Rum

conceived in California, aged in Florida, rested in Minnesota. Left in ex- rye barrels, our aged rum embraces the American whiskey tradition, adding a slight dryness to our caramel and vanilla notes.

Distilled in a pot still from molasses produced from Floridian sugar cane. Aged in ex-rye barrels and bottled at 44% abv. Free of any additives or artificial colors. Excellent neat or in classic cocktails.

TASTING NOTES

Easily evident flavors including banana and mango. Hints of vanilla and cocoa can be detected in a lingering taste. Spicy and smoky tones derived from our unique Rye wash.
