Mijenta’s Symphony Series explores the elegance of barrel aging through the use of unique casks built from staves of different wood varieties. Composed of oak from Minnesota, Missouri, Pennsylvania and Virginia, these symphony barrels create a complex ecosystem that continuously enhances the incredible richness of the tequila as it matures for approximately 8 months. As the spirit transforms and evolves, these barrels bring to life something utterly unpredictable. Mijenta’s Symphony Series No. 2 showcases the terroir of our fully mature highlands agave complemented by notes of vanilla, coconut, fruits and spices imbued by the barrel.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
The aroma is well-balanced with notes of cooked agave, vanilla, caramel and banana, complemented by hints of citrus fruits, herbs and almonds.
PALATE
A rich mouthfeel, with flavors of agave, vanilla, caramel and banana, along with chocolate, almond, mint and spices like cardamom and clove.
EYE
Light straw yellow in color, with silver hues, medium to full-bodied.
