Made with 100% highland blue Weber agave, this tequila liquor features notes of aged wood, nuts, and apples with a clean, elegant flavor profile and a smooth finish. Production starts the day the agave is harvested and includes a two-stage fermentation process using a proprietary strain of yeast.
