Aldez Organic Reposado Tequila

Just as your unique personality was molded as the result of a lifetime of experiences and influences, it takes time to craft an amazing and original tequila. Aldez Reposado spends about 8 months enjoying a journey of self-discovery as it ages and absorbs the bold and rich influences of reclaimed bourbon casks.

Certified organic in both Europe and the US, Aldez Reposado is distilled from 100% locally grown blue agave from our sun-bathed fields in the lowlands of Jalisco. We follow the time-honored, traditional approach to production, which not only ensures a product of impeccable quality, but means that Aldez is among the most truly authentic tequila experiences in the world.

After growing for several years while soaking up the rays of the sun and the nutrients of their native Mexican soil, our blue agaves are manually farmed and prepared for our brick ovens. With the understanding that great results cannot be rushed, the agaves spend nearly 3 days slow cooking before being placed in an open vat for fermentation. From the moment a seed is planted through the entire production process, until our twice distilled tequila first touches your lips, it is never touched, never manipulated, and never anything less than pure.
